摘要
为了准确设计流化床反应器 ,对三维流化床中射流区下喷射流与乳化相之间的传质过程进行了理论及实验研究 ,利用一个简单的模型计算了传质系数 ,并给出了射流与乳化相间的传质系数与射流速度的关联式 ,还考察了流化气速对传质系数的影响。
The mass transfer between the jet and emulsion phase in the jet rgion within a gas solid fluidized bed was studied theoretically and experimentally.Based on the mass balance,a mathematic model for calculation mass transfer coefficient between the jet and emulsion phase was presented.A correlation of mass transfer coefficient with jet velocity was proposed.The influence of fluidized gas velocity on mass transfer coeffcient was also examined.
