摘要
目的使用表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)单克隆抗体治疗SGC7901胃癌细胞移植瘤模型小鼠,探讨该抗体在体状态下对胃癌细胞的杀伤能力。为下一步临床应用该抗体治疗胃癌提供实验依据。方法采取EGFR单克隆抗体(西妥昔单抗)经尾静脉给药注入SGC7901胃癌细胞移植瘤小鼠体内,同时设置空白对照组,治疗后检测在体情况下对胃癌细胞的杀伤能力,与对照组进行比较。结果 EGFR单克隆抗体治疗组小鼠肿瘤抑制率高于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗结束时平均肿瘤质量显著低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论初步的裸鼠模型治疗实验显示EGFR单克隆抗体在体内条件下对胃癌有确切的治疗作用。
Objective To study the efficacy of immunotherapy with EGFR monoclonal antibody on mice borne human gastric cancer, and to provide the experimental evidence for this therapeutic strategy on gastric cancer. Methods The experimental therapy with EGFR monoclonal antibody on mice borne SGC7901 human gastric cancer had been performed, then the curative activity of EGFR mAb in study group was compared with that of control groups. Results The anti - tumor activity of EGFR mAb was more powerful than that of control groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion It has been suggested that EGFR mAb has powerful curative effect on gastric cancer in mice model.
