缓慢心室率的股动脉栓塞患者围手术期报告1例
摘要
2012年3月我科监护治疗1例无症状的缓慢心室率的新房扑动（房扑）患者，呈5：1传导，心室率38—42次／min，心室率慢持续50年，未植入心脏起搏器。此次急诊手术，完善术前准备，术中应用增加心室率的药物，顺利手术。现将围手术期情况报告如下。
