摘要
随着电力设备灰密度测试工作量日益递增,完成灰密度测试的时间也随之增加,其中过滤速度是影响灰密度测试工作效率的关键因素。通过过滤原理的分析,建立了漏斗过滤过程的数学模型,提出在保证过滤效果的前提下,尽量加大压强差和过滤面积,将可有效缩减过滤所需时间的措施,并加以试验验证。
With increasing workload of ash density testing for power equipment, the time for finishing ash density testing is increasing at the same time. In addition, filtering speed is the key factor to impact ash density testing working efficiency. By analyzing filtering principles and mathematical modeling, this paper proposes measures to increase pressure difference and filtering area to the greatest extent on the premise of ensuring filtering effect which may effectively reduce filtering time. Meanwhile, it discusses test for verification.
