摘要 为了消除惠来电厂一期600 MW超临界对冲锅炉存在的侧墙高温腐蚀问题,对不同改造方案下的锅炉炉内燃烧特征进行了数值模拟研究。数值模拟结果表明,通过增加侧墙贴壁风,燃烧器侧墙区域O2的体积分数有所增加,CO的体积分数可从当前的10 000×10-6下降至600×10-6,对消除侧墙中心区域的高温腐蚀有效。 For solving high temperature corrosion problem of flank of the first-stage 600 MW supercritical face-fired boiler in Huilai power plant, this paper discusses numerical value analog study on combustion features in the boiler on the basis of dif- ferent reform schemes. The numerical value analog result shows that by increasing near-wall air, the volume fraction of 02 in area of flank of the combustor is increasing and the volume fraction of CO is decreasing from 10 000 ×10^-6 to 600×10^-6 which may effectively remove high temperature corrosion in central area of the flank.
