试验润滑油泵造成汽轮机跳闸的原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 介绍某电厂1号机组直流润滑油泵进行全容量启动、联启试验时发生润滑油压低于0.06 MPa,导致汽轮机跳闸事故。对机组异常跳闸的原因进行排查,并对联启油泵、紧急跳闸停机系统跳闸保护通道进行放油泄压比对试验,结果表明,异常跳闸停机原因是由于油压取样管路系统布置不合理、油泵出口逆止门关不严等原因引致机组润滑油压低而造成的。针对此,对联启油泵压力开关进行改造并再次进行油泵联启试验,表明联启油泵取样管改造达到了预期效果。 This paper introduces an accident of steam turbine tripping caused for reason of that when proceeding full capacity startup and interlock test for direct current lubricating oil pump of No. 1 power unit in some power plant. It analyzes screening of reasons for abnormal trip and discusses comparison test for oil drainage and decompression of trip protecting path of the joint pump and emergency trip and shutdown system. The result shows reasons for abnormal tripping and shutdown are unreasonable configuration of oil pressure sampling pipeline system and untight export check valve of the pump which may cause low lubricating oil pressure. Aiming at this, it discusses reform for joint pump pressure switch and one more test for joint startup which indicates reform of joint pump sampling pipeline is successful for achieve desired effect.
