2型糖尿病合并痛风患者血清内脂素、脂联素和C反应蛋白变化及其临床意义 被引量:7

Expressions and clinical significance of serum visfatin, adiponectin and C-reactive protein in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients combined with gout

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病合并痛风患者血清内脂素、脂联素和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及其临床意义。方法选择2型糖尿病合并痛风患者30例,2型糖尿病患者30例,痛风患者30例,健康者30例。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测受检者内脂素、脂联素水平,免疫比浊法测定CRP,同时测定空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血肌酐(SCr)及血尿酸(UA)水平。结果其他3组的内脂素、CRP及脂联素水平均较与健康者低(均<0.05)。内脂素和CRP与FPG、HbA1c、TG、LDL-C、SCr及UA呈正相关(<0.05),与HDL-C呈负相关(<0.05);脂联素与FPG、HbA1c、SCr及UA呈正相关(<0.05)。结论内脂素、CRP、脂联素水平与2型糖尿病合并痛风患者的心血管病变发生、发展具有相关性。 Objective To investigate the blood level and clinical significance of serum visfatin, adiponectin and C reactive protein (CRP) in patients with type 2 diabetes and gout. Methods Four groups were included, including 30 patients with type 2 diabetes and gout, 30 patients with type 2 diabetes, 30 patients with gout and 30 healthy subjects. Serum visfatin and adiponectin were measured by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and CRP was measured by immunoturbidimetry. In addition, fasting blood-glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), triacylglycerol (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterin (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), serum creatinine (SCr) and blood uric acid (UA) were also recorded. Results The expressions of serum visfatin, adiponectin and CRP were significant lower in three groups of patients compared with healthy subjects (P 〈 0.05). The blood level of serum visfatin and CRP were positively correlated with FPG, HbA1c, TG, LDL-C, SCr and UA (P 〈 0.05), and negatively correlated with HDL-C (P 〈 0.05). Adiponectin had a significantly positive correlation with FPG, HbAlc, SCr and UA (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The blood level of serum visfatin, adiponectin and CRP has a remarkable correlation with cardiovascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes and gout.
