摘要
非晶材料的微观结构和分布远未清楚,本文对Fe91.2Cr0.5Si5.33B2.96非晶材料的磁性和力学性质作了一些研究,对电脉冲处理的非晶条带的性能和淬态条带的性能作了比较。实验表明:电脉冲处理非晶可以有效改善非晶的磁性;电脉冲处理后,非晶的延性和拉绅强度降低,并解释了其降低的原因。
It is not very clear now for the amorphous properties. The magnetic and mechanic properties of amorphous Fe91.2Cr0.5Si5.33B2.96 are studied in this article,and contrasts are made between as - quenched amorphous alloy strip and that processed by pulse current. Experiments show that the magnetic properties of the amorphous alloy strip processed by pulse current get better,but its ductility gets worse. The reason is explained in this article.
