摘要
分析延迟线型声表面波(surface acoustic wave,SAW)传感器所接收射频脉冲查询信号传输特性理论,讨论在传感器中叉指换能器(inter-digital transducer,IDT)和反射器的尺寸、相邻反射器之间的距离、IDT与最近反射器之间的距离,以及在信号采集需求共同作用下,对SAW传感器返回的射频脉冲回波信号脉冲宽度的影响,计算给出射频脉冲查询信号的选取原则.该研究可供SAW传感器的结构设计及理论分析借鉴.
According to the theoretical analysis and experimental data analysis of the radio frequency (RF) pulse query signal transmission characteristics received by the surface acoustic wave (SAW) delay-line sensor, the pulse width of the RF pulse echo signal reflected by the SAW sensor can be affected by the size of the inter-digital trans- ducer (IDT) and reflectors. The distance between the adjacent reflectors, the distance between the IDT and the re-flector, and the selection method of the RF pulse width in the RF pulse query signal are discussed through the equa-tions. Results presented in this paper can help designers to make better SAW sensor design and contribute to their theoretical analysis.
