Through the theoretical analysis and combined with the engineering example of Linli Highway, this paper described packages and other heat source method for thermal storage of concrete would guarantee the construction quality of concrete in winter under strict construction management, it would achieve the desired effect and purpose, and would provide the reference for the similar engineering construction.
