摘要
某斜塔有背索斜拉桥,采用主梁、主塔施工完成后再挂索的施工工序。主塔施工以及挂索过程中,塔身自重以及挂索施工中部分索力作用,使塔根部压应力储备不足,出现混凝土拉裂现象。塔下支架作为临时结构,起到支撑塔身自重,以及承受部分施工不平衡索力的作用。以某跨河桥为工程背景,采用有限元计算程序MIDAS/Civil建立三维空间有限元模型,以主塔施工和挂索施工每一阶段中支架承受最大内力为控制力,对每根支架进行稳定性分析,并对支架体系对比分析,可为同类型桥梁施工提供借鉴。
Based on the engineering background of a cross river bridge, this paper established the dimensional space finite element model by the finite element program MIDAS/Civil. On the construction of tower and the maximum internal force as the control in each stage of hanging support during the construction, it analyzed the stability of each bracket, compared and analyzed the support system, which three main cable could provide reference for the similar bridge construction.
