摘要 很多人近年来对ZnO纳米材料进行了广泛的研究。本文主要从光学、气敏以及材料的形貌三个方面综述了ZnO纳米材料的进展。通过大量的掺杂不同的元素和改变制备条件的实验,观察ZnO纳米材料的发光、气敏和形貌改变,进而推测出ZnO纳米材料的发光、气敏和形貌改变的机理。 In recent years,the ZnO nanomaterials has been widely studied. We mainly discussed the Development of it from the aspects of optics,gas sensitivity, and the material structure. Through a lot of experiments of doping different elements and different conditions, we observed the changing of optics, gas sensitivity and the structure of the ZnO nanomaterial and studied its mechanism.
