Development of Universities in Underdeveloped Regions in Perspective of HE Localization

高等教育地方化导致不同地区高等教育发展不平衡。身处欠发达地区的地方本科院校发展面临诸多瓶颈,应坚持"依托地方、立足地方、服务地方"的办学理念,在满足地方需求的基础上特色办学、错位发展。

The localization of higher education has led to the imbalanced development of higher education in different regions. The local universities in the underdeveloped regions have come across many bottle-necks in their development. These universities should stick to the idea of ＂Relying on the region, setting foot on the region and serving the region＂ so as to develop in dislocation way and manifest their own special features on the basis of meeting the regional demands.
