摘要
在采用钨钼丝进行电火花加工工件的线切割机床中,由于切割而产生的钨钼丝直径磨损的程度往往直接影响到工件加工的精度。设计了通过采用单片机作为核心,通过控制三个步进电机在不同的位置使用数显千分尺进行数据采样,然后上传到上位机进行相应的修正,进行补偿计算,从而为实现精确加工提供依据。
While processing workpiece using EDM with tungsten and molybdenum wire, in the WEDM,the machining accuracy is always affected by the extent of the cutting of tungsten molybdenum wire diameter. Using microcontroller as the core in the design, sampling data with digital display micrometer through controlling three stepper motors at different places,and then uploading to the host computer for the purpose of corresponding amend- ment and compensation calculation, we eventually provide basis for the realization of precise machining.
