Solution of Dispatching Communication by Using Soft Switch and Multimedia in Emergency Situations

本文基于软交换多媒体调度通信应用情况,对将来升级成软交换调度技术进行了技术设想,并对此升级方案进行了分析。通过方案设想和技术分析,在调度交换网络全面升级为软交换调度技术后,除提供现有语音调度功能外,将提供视频、增强会议、数据等多种通信方式和应用,大大增强了调度业务的方便性和灵活性。

Based on the using of soft switch and multimedia in dispatching communication, this paper envi- sions upgrades of scheduling technology with soft switch in future, and analyzes upgrade program. On this basis, after the dispatching exchange network fully upgraded to soft switch dispatching technology, it will provide video, enhanced conferencing, data and other communication methods and applications, in addition to existing voice scheduling capabilities, then the convenience and flexibility of Scheduling business will have a huge upgrade.
