农村旅游对新农村建设的作用及其发展对策分析

Effect of Rural Tourism on the New Rural Construction and the Analysis of its Development Countermeasure

新农村建设的大环境下,我国农村旅游得到了迅速发展。一方面,农村旅游在提高农民收入的同时,也迎来了新农村的精神文明建设之风,为创建一个富裕、和谐、文明的社会主义新农村具有重要的现实意义;另一方面,农村旅游可以促进农村资源的合理利用和保护,从而达到有计划、科学、合理加快社会主义新农村建设的目的。开发农村旅游资源、保护农村生态环境是建设社会主义新农村的一个重要途径,也是时代发展的需要。本文针对社会主义新农村建设中农村旅游的作用,农村旅游的意义、存在的问题及解决的办法进行论述。

Under the situation of building a new socialist countryside, rural tourism in China has been devel- oping rapidly. On one hand, with the improvement of farmers＇ income, rural tourism ushered in the construction of spiritual civilization, and it plays an important and practical role in creating a prosperous, harmonious and civilized socialist new countryside. On the other hand, rural tourism is able to promote the protection and rational use of re- sources in rural areas, so as to achieve the goal of accelerating the construction of a new socialist countryside de- signedly, scientifically and reasonably. Developing rural tourism resources and protecting rural ecological environ- ment is a main route for construction of a new socialist countryside, and it also meets the needs of the times. In this paper, the role, significance, problems and solutions of rural tourism in building a new socialist countryside are discussed.
