本文通过介绍质量成本的相关概念及建筑施工企业质量成本管理在国内外的研究现状,分析讨论了建筑施工企业开展质量成本管理的必要性以及进行质量成本管理的五个有效途径,最后得出质量成本管理问题在建筑施工企业管理中不容忽视这一结论。

This passage illustrated some concepts of quality and cost and the status of the management of the quality and cost in the internal and external construction enterprises, then discussed the need of taking the manage- ment of quality and cost and the five quality effective ways by the construction enterprises. In the final, it reached the conclusion that the issues of the management of quality and cost in construction enterprises can not be ignored.
