摘要
通过分步组装和原位组装两种方式实现了Sharp less试剂在中孔载体HMS上的固相化。FT -IR表征表明 ,两种组装方式得到的样品的键合模式基本一致 ,DET通过—OH和键连在HMS上的钛化合物的酯基发生交换而被键合 ;低温条件下的组装样品钛含量较高 ,催化环氧化性能较好 ;样品经重复使用 3次后 ,催化性能基本保持稳定。
There two approaches,stepwise and in situ assembly,developes to immobilize the Sharpless agents over mesoporous material HMS.Characterization by FT-IR indicates that samples obtained from the two approaches possess the similar titanium loading and bonding mode,namely the —OH of DET exchanged with the —COOR of titanic compound,exhibit effective epoxidation catalytic properties.After reused three times,catalysts retain stable catalytic properties.
