摘要
在详细分析零件的CAD特征模型与CAPP特征模型之间关系的基础上 ,提出了一种集成环境下基于特征的CAD/CAPP系统信息集成的实现方法。系统采用参数化特征描述法描述和输入零件信息 ,采用特征数据提取法从CAD系统中提取CAPP系统需要的特征信息 ,在设计零件的同时 ,即可产生工艺设计所需的全部信息 ,从而自动生成零件的加工工艺规程 ,达到了CAD/CAPP系统的信息集成。该方法的关键技术在II-CADCAPP实验系统中得到实现。
A implement approach of CAD/CAPP part information integration based on the feature is proposed by analyzing the relation between CAD feature model and CAPP feature model.Parameterization feature description are used to input the part information and feature data extractions are used to extract the feature information from CAD system.While designing the part,whole part information of CAPP is produced and machining process is generated automatically.Key technique of the method is implemented in a II-CADCAPP experimental system.
