摘要
根据常德市国土资源条件、区位优势、社会经济发展现状 ,提出了常德市 2 1世纪产业布局的思路 :实行点轴开发 ,促进“工”型产业带形成 ;加强城镇建设 ;优化农业产业结构。区域产业布局的方向和重点是“三大产业带”与“一个中心”。
In this article,based on condition of territorial resources,regional superiority,social and economic present condition,a cross-century plan of industrial and development in Changde city are put forward:put into practice development of points and axes to promote formation of industrial zones resembling the chinese word “工”;strengthen construction of city and town;improve the composition of agricultural use.Orientation and key point of industrial distribution are development and construction of three industrial zones and a central region.
