针灸结合中西药内服治疗周围性面瘫疗效观察

Efficacy of combination of acupuncture and Chinese herbs in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis

目的探讨针灸结合中药内服治疗周围性面瘫疗效的临床疗效。方法选择2009年12月～2012年12月在我院住院治疗的周围性面瘫患者76例,排除因脑血管病、颅内骨折、颅内肿瘤等因素造成的面神经损害。76例周围性面瘫中,对照组37例予西医及中药牵正散加减治疗,治疗组39例在对照组的基础上予针灸治疗,比较两组治疗后的疗效。结果与对照组比较,治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.291,P<0.05)。无论是风寒型还是风热型,治疗组的疗效均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合中药内服治疗周围性面瘫疗效确切,值得推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination of acupuncture and Chinese herbs in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods From December 2009 to December 2012 in our hospital,among 76 case peripheral facial paralysis control group 37 cases were given western and Chinese medicine qianzheng decoction,treatment group 39 cases on the basis of control group were given acupuncture treatment,efficacy were compared after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=5.291,P 0.05）.Whether it is cold or wind-heat type model,the efficacy of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture and Chinese herbs treatment of peripheral facial paralysis hasgood efficacy,worthy of promotion and application.
