综合护理干预对伴抑郁症状的老年冠心病患者生活质量的影响

Comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease in elderly patients with depressive symptoms

目的研究综合干预对伴抑郁症状的老年冠心病患者的生活质量的影响。方法选择94例伴有抑郁症状的老年冠心病患者,随机分为干预组和对照组各47例,分别给予综合干预和常规护理,采用SDS评价抑郁症状,家庭关怀度指数问卷评价家庭支持,SAQ评价生活质量。结果干预后干预组SDS评分为(41.37±5.73)分,显著低于对照组(50.34±6.46)分(t=5.284,P<0.05),干预组家庭关怀度指数问卷总分(8.57±1.05)分显著高于对照组(6.58±1.13)分(t=5.349,P<0.05),各维度均显著高于对照组,干预组SAQ总分(65.29±6.62)分显著高于对照组(52.37±7.29)分(t=6.218,P<0.05),各项目评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合健康教育、心理护理、家庭关怀、运动指导的护理干预能显著改善伴抑郁症状的老年冠心病患者的抑郁症状,建立良好的家庭环境,提高生活质量。

Objective To study the comprehensive intervention on the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease in elderly patients with depressive symptoms. Methods A total of 94 patients with depressive symptoms in el derly patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into intervention group and control group each had 47 cases, were given comprehensive intervention and usual care, the use of SDS evaluation of depressive symptoms, family APGAR Index questionnaire evaluation of family support, SAQ evaluation of quality of life. Results The intervention group SDS score was （41.37±5.73） points and the control group was （50.34±6.46） points there was statistical signifi cance （t = 5.284, P 〈 0.05）, the intervention group family APGAR Index questionnaire score was （8.57±1.05） points and the control group was （6.58±1.13） points were statistical significance （t=5.349, P 〈 0.05）, the dimensions were significantly higher in the intervention group SAQ score was （65.29±6.62） points and the control group was （52.37±7.29） points were statistical significance （t = 6.218, P 〈 0.05 ） each item score was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive health education, psychological care, family care, exercise instruction of nursing interven tion can significantly improve with depressive symptoms in elderly patients with coronary heart disease, depressive symptoms, for more homebased care. imnrove aualitv of life.
