心理护理干预对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者治疗的依从性和心功能的影响

Influences of psychological nursing intervention on the compliance and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨心理护理干预对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者治疗的依从性和心功能的影响。方法选择68例CHF患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均予常规的抗心力衰竭治疗。对照组予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上加用心理护理。观察两组患者3个月治疗依从性和情绪变化情况。应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行焦虑和抑郁情绪评价。结果治疗3个月后,心理护理组的治疗依从性明显高于对照组;两组患者SAS和SDS均较治疗前明显升高,且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预能显著增强CHF患者的治疗依从性,改善焦虑和抑郁状态,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the influences on the compliance and cardiac function that psychological nursing in tervention in intervention in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）. Methods Sixtyeight CHF patients were divid ed into observe group and control group. Patients in control group were given conventional treatment, patients in ob serve group were given psychological nursing on the base of conventional treatment. The compliance and cardiac func tion were recoded after 3 months. SelfRating Anxiety Scale（SAS）and Selfrating depression scale（SDS） were used to e valuate the psychological status of patients. Results The compliance in observe group were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. The SAS and SDS were significant improved in observe group and in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve compliance and psychological status of CHF patients.
