利用仿真模拟教学促进实用型医学人才的培养 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨仿真模拟教学在实用型医学人才培养中的作用。方法将在大连大学附属中山医院实习的医学生按班级分为两组。对照组45人进行传统临床技能培训;实验组41人在传统临床技能培训的同时,接受仿真模拟教学学习。结果两组理论考核合格率为实验组95.1%,对照组93.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组操作考核合格率为92.7%,对照组为51.1%,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组综合能力考核合格率为92.7%,对照组为73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生对教学方法的满意率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论仿真模拟教学是传统临床教学方法的重要的、有效的补充,在传统临床教学过程中合理地加入仿真模拟教学,可以明显提高医学生的临床工作能力。 Objective To study the effect of simulation teaching in the training for practical medicine talents. Meth ods Interns studying in affiliated zhongshan hospital of Dalian university were divided into two groups. 45 students in control group were given traditional clinical skill training. 41 students in experimental group were given traditional clinical skill training and the simulation teaching. Results 95.1% of the students in experimental group passed theory examination, the pass rate was 93.3% in control group, there was no statistically significant difference (P 〉 0.05). The pass rate for operation test in experimental group and control group were 92.7% and 51.1% respectively, the difference was statistically signifieant(P 〈 0.01 ). the eligible rate of comprehensive ability test in experimental group and control group were 92.7% and 73.3% respectively, The difference was statistically signifieant(P 〈 0.05). The satisfaction rate in experimental group was higher than that of control group(P 〈 0.01 ).Conclusion Simulation teaching is an important and effective supplement for traditional clinical teaching methods. Adding simulation teaching reasonably into tradi tional clinical teachin~ process can increase medical students'clinical ability significantly.
