摘要
目的探讨糖尿病乳酸酸中毒的诱发因素、临床特点及治疗进展。方法对近两年收治的糖尿病乳酸酸中毒患者的临床特点及诊疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果 21例患者中,6例好转出院,15例先后死亡。结论糖尿病乳酸酸中毒多发于老年女性,与血糖控制不良、双胍类降糖药及感染等诱因有关,临床表现不典型,常合并多种基础疾病,多采用综合支持治疗,死亡率较高。
Objective To investigate the inducement, clinical features and treatment progress of diabetic lactic acido sis. Methods The clinical data of 21 cases for diabetic lactic acidosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the consulted 21 cases, 6 cases were cured and 15 cases died successively. Conclusion Diabetic lactic acidosis often happens to elderly female and caused because of some inducing factors such as failed blood glucose control, biguanides hypoglycemic drugs, infection, etc. Besides, its clinical manifestation is not typical, combined with various of underlying diseases and is usually cured by comprehensive treatment, which causes the result that the motality is quite high.
