子宫体三角形切除治疗子宫腺肌病的临床观察

Excision of uterine body triangle clinical observation on the treatment of adenomyosis

目的探讨子宫体三角形切除对子宫腺肌病的治疗效果。方法对2007年2月至2011年2月需行手术治疗的子宫腺肌病患者95例,按入院时间分为子宫体三角形切除(研究组)48例和次全子宫切除(对照组)47例,比较两组术中情况、手术前后性激素水平,术后性生活质量,B超探测子宫卵巢体积。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、痛经症状与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术前、后激素水平、性生活质量,研究组无明显变化,对照组术后激素水平下降,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论研究组保留了子宫及卵巢的血供,不影响卵巢功能,且有效治疗子宫腺肌病,临床效果满意,是手术治疗子宫腺肌病的首选方法。

Objective To explore the resection of uterine body triangle for adenomyosis treatment effect. Methods 2007 February to 2011 February to need operation treatment uterine gland muscle in 95 pa- tients, according to admission time divided resection for uterine body triangle （ study group） and 48 cases of subtotal hysterectomy （control group） 47 cases, were compared in two groups, serum sex hormone levels after operation, postoperative quality of life B ultrasound, uterine and ovarian volume detection. Results There was no significant difference in comparison of operation time, bleeding volume, group of symptoms and the patients in the control group （P 〉 0. 05）, operation, hormone level, ＂quality of life, the study group had no significant changes in control group, postoperative hormone levels decline. Conclusion The study group retained the u- terine and ovarian blood supply, does not affect ovarian function, and effective in the treatment of adenomyosis, satisfactory clinical efficacy, is the preferred method of operation in treatment of adenomyosis.
