目的探讨使用中心静脉导管持续胸腔内灌洗治疗急性脓胸临床价值。方法对23例使用中心静脉导管持续胸腔内灌洗治疗急性脓胸患者的临床疗效进行分析总结。结果 23例全部治愈。结论使用中心静脉导管持续胸腔内灌洗治疗急性脓胸疗效好,操作简单,值得临床推广。

Objective Discussion on the use of central venous catheter duration of pleural lavage in treatment of acute empyema clinical value. Methods Analyzed and summarized the clinical curative effect of 23 cases of use of central venous catheter pleural lavage for the treatment of patients with acute pyothorax. Re- suits 23 cases were all cured. Conclusion The use of central venous catheter duration of pleural lavage in treatment of acute empyema has good curative effect, simple operation, is worth the clinical promotion.
