摘要
3例患者因静脉滴注醋酸去氨加压素后，出现不同程度的意识障碍（谵妄、昏迷）、抽搐，生化提示严重低钠血症（Na＋112．3～120mmoL／L）及低渗透压状态（242．25—257．05mOsm／kg·H2O），考虑为抗利尿激素分泌不当综合征，予禁水、补钠等治疗后缓解。
Three cases were presented as confusion, coma and twitch after desmopressin acetate by in- travenous drip infusion. Hyponatraemia （ 112. 3 - 120 mmol/L） and hypotonicity （242. 25 ＋ 257.05 mOsm/kg . H2 O） are found in the three cases. The syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion （SIADH） are considered,remission after water deprivation and 3% NaC1 supplement.
