尼莫地平辅助治疗对急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经保护作用的影响

Influence of nimodipine adjuvant therapy on neuroprotective effects of patients with acute ischemic stroke

目的探讨尼莫地平辅助常规治疗对急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经保护作用的影响。方法将60例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分成观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规西药对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用尼莫地平。观察两组患者临床疗效、CRP、TNF-α及S100B蛋白的变化以及神经功能缺损评分(NDS)和生活质量评分(ADL)。结果观察组总有效率、ADL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后CRP、TNF-α、S100B蛋白、NDS评分明显低对照组(P<0.05)。结论尼莫地平辅助常规治疗急性缺血性脑卒中可明显提高临床疗效,改善神经功能状态,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the influence of nimodipine adjuvant therapy on the neuroprotective effects of patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods Sixty patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received routine western symptomatic treatment and the ob- servation group received additional nimodipine on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the changes Of CRP,TNF-ot and S100B protein and the neurological impairement（NDS） and life quality scores（ADL） of the two groups were observed.Results The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the total effective rate and ADL score （P〈0.05） and significantly lower than the control group in the post-treatment CRP ,TNF-a, S100B protein and NDS score （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nimodipine adjuvant therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve the neurological status and improve the patients＇ quality of life in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
