恩替卡韦治疗代偿期乙肝肝硬化血清甲状腺激素的变化意义探讨

Exploration on the changes of serum thyroid hormone in entecavir treatment of compensatory stage of hepatitis B cirrhosis

目的探讨临床应用恩替卡韦(ETV)治疗代偿期乙肝肝硬化引起血清甲状腺激素(TH)变化的意义。方法选取2007年2月～2011年4月本院收治的84例代偿期乙肝肝硬化患者,给予恩替卡韦治疗,观察、记录治疗前后患者血清TH及肝功能变化情况。结果治疗后所有患者的血清TH水平、肝功能指标均较治疗前有所改善,HBV-DNA转阴组患者的血清TH水平、肝功能指标改善程度较未转阴组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论代偿期乙肝肝硬化患者均存在血清TH水平紊乱情况,应用恩替卡韦治疗能改善TH紊乱状态,对乙肝肝硬化的治疗有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the meaning of serum thyroid hormone （TH） changes induced by clinical applica- tion of entecavir （ETV） in treatment of compensatory liver cirrhosis. Methods 84 cases of patients with compensatory cirrhosis treated in our hospital from February 2007 to April 2011 were given ETV treatment, the changes of serum TH and liver function before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Results After treatment, TH level, liver function indexes of all patients were improved better than those before the treatment, HBV-DNA negative serum TH levels, liver function indexes were more significantly increased than those in no negative group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Liver cirrhosis patients in compensatory stage has serum TH disorder, ETV treatment can improve the state of TH disorder, it is very important for the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis.
