奎硫平合并西肽普兰治疗老年抑郁症的临床效果和安全性

The clinical effect and safety of quetiapine combined with citalopram in the treatment of geriatric depression

目的探讨联合使用奎硫平、西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症的效果。方法将64例老年抑郁症患者随机分成两组,对照组使用西酞普兰治疗,观察组使用奎硫平联合西酞普兰治疗,观察两组疗效,评价治疗安全性。结果观察组患者治疗后HAMD、HAMA评分下降比对照组快(P<0.05),而两组TESS量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奎硫平合并西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症显效快,效果可靠,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of quetiapine combined with citalopram in the treatment of geri- atric depression.Methods 64 elderly patients with depression were randomly divided into control group and observation group. In the control group, only citalopram was used, while in the observation group, quetiapine combined with citalopram were applied. The effects in both groups were observed and their safety was evaluated. Results After treat- ment, the scores of Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） and Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA） in the observation group both decreased faster than those in the control group with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. However, the scores of treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） in two groups showed no statistical differences（P〉0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of geriatric depression, combination of citalopram and quetiapine can obtain a quick effect. It is reliable and safe which is worthy of extension in clinic.
