血液标本存放时间对生化检验结果造成影响的分析 被引量:18

Analysis of the impact of blood sample storage time to biochemical test results

摘要 目的探讨血液标本存放时间对生化检验结果的影响。方法选取本院检验科2011年1月~2012年12月收检的100例患者,对100例患者进行静脉血采集,并分离血清,采集后的1、3、6、24 h检测患者的血液标本,比较每个不同时间段检测的差异。结果若以采血1 h的测定结果为基准,血液标本放置24 h后,有明显差异(P<0.05)的项目有血糖(GLU)、尿素氮(BUN)、总胆红素(TBIL)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、钙(Ca)、磷(P);血液标本放置6 h后有明显差异(P<0.05)的项目有ALT、AST、ALP、GLU、BUN、TP、ALB;血液放置3 h后有明显差异(P<0.05)的项目是GLU。结论标本的放置时间对生化检验结果有影响,所以要尽可能及时地检测血液标本,以减少误差。 Objective To discuss the impact of blood sample storage time to biochemical test results. Methods Venous bloods of 100 patients tested in our department from January 2011 to December 2012 were collected and went serum separation after collection.Blood tests were detected after lh,3h,,6h and 24h of blood collection. Test results of differ- ent time points were compared. Results The test result of after lh blood collection was set as the baseline.Statistically difference(P〈0.05) existed in items of glucose (GLU),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),total bilirubin (TBIL),total protein (TP), albumin (ALB),aspertate aminotransferase (AST),alanine aminotransferase (ALT),gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP),calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P) after 24 hours of blood collection;statistically differ- ence (P〈0.05) existed in items of ALT,AST,ALP, GLU,BUN,TP,ALB after 6 hours of blood collection;statistically differ- ence (P〈0.05) existed in GLU after 3 h ours of blood collection. Conclusion Specimen storage time could affect bio- chemical test results.Timely detection of blood specimen is needed to reduce inaccuracy.
