舒适护理干预对老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者疼痛的应用效果

The application effect of comfort nursing intervention to reduce the pain of patients with senile vertebral compression fractures in postoperation

目的探讨舒适护理干预在老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者疼痛的效果。方法对2010年2月～2013年2月本院收治的68例老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后疼痛患者进行舒适护理干预,并对相关临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经护理后患者的术后疼痛程度明显低于护理前(P<0.05),且镇痛药物的使用量明显少于护理前(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预在老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者疼痛的临床应用效果显著。

Objective To discuss the effect of comfort nursing intervention on the pain of patients with senile vertebral compression fractures in postoperation. Methods 68 elderly patients with senile vertebral compression fractures in postoperation treated in our hospital from Feb. 2010 to Feb. 2013 were given comfort nursing intervention,and the re- lated clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results After treatment,the patient＇s postoperative pain was signifi- cantly lower than before the nursing （P〈0.05）,and the usage amount of analgesic drugs was significantly reduced than before the nursing（P〈0.05）, Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention has sound efficacy to reduce the pain of patients with senile vertebral compression fractures in postoperation.
