围术期个体化护理对人工髋关节置换术患者预后影响的研究

The prognosis influence study of perioperative individualized nursing on patients receiving artificial hip replacement

目的研究围术期个体化护理对人工髋关节置换术患者预后的影响。方法选取本院人工髋骨关节置换围术期患者62例,将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各31例。对照组患者采用常规护理方式,实验组患者采用个体化心理护理,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组及对照组患者术后的焦虑评分分别为(33.8±6.8)、(40.2±7.2)分,抑郁评分分别为(35.0±8.5)、(41.8±8.1)分,实验组术后疼痛测试评分及并发症发生率明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对患者进行个体化心理护理可以有效提高患者的治疗效果,减轻焦虑症状,确保患者早日康复。

Objective To study the influence of perioperative individualized nursing on the prognosis of patients re- ceiving artificial hip replacement. Methods 62 cases of patients received artificial hip replacement in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 31 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing and the experimental group was given individualized psychological nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups was observed. Results The postoperative anxiety scores of the experimental group and the control group was （33.8±6.8） and （40.2±7.2） respectively,and the postoperative depression scores was （35.0±8.5） and （41.8±8.1） respectively.The experimental group was better than the control group in the postoperative pain measurement and complications,the differences were all statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The imple-mentation of individualized psychological nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce anxiety and guarantee early recovery of patients.
