省级医院2012~2013年度职工满意度调查的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析医院各类职工对医院现状的满意程度并总结改进措施。方法医院职工登陆院内网进行投票,采用医院职工满意度调查表对2335名医院职工进行满意度调查。结果①医务人员的满意率和基本满意率低于全院职工,不满意率高于全院职工水平;②职工对目前所开展的医院工作规划、制度建设及目标安排的满意率与基本满意率最高,对工作付出及薪资所得的比例的不满意率最高;③职工对医院领导班子的总体管理水平的满意率高;④2013年的职工满意率明显高于2012年。结论医院职工对医院现状与领导的总体满意率在2013年都有极大的提升,但医院对职工工作付出及薪资所得的比例、职工工作量及工作时间比例、薪资计算方式之公开程度(薪资透明化)、在医院从事工作的社会地位等民生策略方面需加强重视、及时调整。 Objective The satisfaction degree of all kinds of employees were analyzed. Methods Voting way of hospi- tal network logining was used,satisfaction survey table of staff in our hospital was used in 2335 employees to conduct the satisfaction survey. Results (1)the satisfaction and basic satisfaction rate of medical staff is lower than those of all staff, and dissatisfaction rate of medical staff was higher than that of all staff; (2)there was the highest satisfaction and basic satisfaction rate in work planning, system construction and the target schedule of employees in our hospital,and there was the highest dissatisfaction rate in the ratio of work to pay and wage income of employees; (3)there was higher satisfaction rate of employees to overall management level of hospital leadership; (4)employee satisfaction rate in 2013 was significantly higher than in 2012. Conclusion There is a great improvement in overall satisfaction rate of employ- ees to the present situation of hospital and leadership in 2013,but the livelihood strategies such as the ratio of work to pay and wage income,the ratio of workload and work time,the public degree of salary calculation (salary transparency) and social status in hospital etc is particularly valued and timely adjusted.
