标准大骨瓣减压术治疗大面积脑梗死的临床分析

Clinical analysis of standard large trauma craniotomy for great area cerebral infarction

目的探讨标准大骨瓣减压术治疗大面积脑梗死的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本科2008年9月2012年10月采用标准大骨瓣减压术治疗的65例大面积脑梗死患者临床资料。结果术后3个月根据格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)标准评定疗效,65例患者中,恢复良好27例,中度残疾9例,重度残疾14例,植物状态4例,死亡11例。结论标准大骨瓣减压术治疗大面积脑梗死有助于降低患者病死率,改善患者预后。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of standard large trauma craniotomy for great area cerebral in- fa/＇ction. Methods The clinical data of 65 cases great area cerebral infarction patients with standard large trauma cran- iotomy from September 2008 to October 2012 in our hospital were selected for retrospective analysis.Results The ther- apeutic effect at 3 months after operation was evaluated by Glasgow outcome scale （GOS） standard. Among 65 patients, 27 cases gained good recovery, 9 cases were in moderate disability, 14 cases were in severe disability, 4 cases were in persistent vegetative and 11 cases died. Conclusion Standard large trauma craniotomy can reduce the mortality and improve clinical prognosis of great area cerebral infarction patients.
