乳腺癌患者手术治疗前后血清CA153、IL-8、MMP-2和TIMP-2水平检测的临床意义

Clinical significance of serum level of CA153,IL-8,MMP-2,TIMP-2 changes of patients with breast cancer before and after surgical treatment

目的探讨乳腺癌患者手术治疗前后血清糖类抗原-153(CA153)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-2组织抑制剂(TIMP-2)的含量及临床价值。方法应用放射免疫分析法和酶联法对34例乳腺癌患者(观察组)进行手术治疗前后血清CA153、IL-8和MMP-2、TIMP-2水平的检测,并与35例正常对照组作比较。结果观察组在手术前血清CA153、IL-8、MMP-2、TIMP-2均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);手术后3个月未复发的29例其血清CA153、IL-8和MMP-2、TIMP-2水平下降或接近正常,而复发的5例其血清水平又回升到手术前的水平(P<0.01);且血清CA153水平与IL-8、MMP-2、TIMP-2测定显著相关(r=0.5784、0.4926、0.6011,P<0.01)。结论检测乳腺癌患者手术治疗前后血清CA153、IL-8、MMP-2、TIMP-2水平的变化可作为乳腺癌患者诊断和疗效观察的参数。

Objective To discuss about the clinical significance of serum level of carbohydrate antigen-153 （CA153）, interleukin-8 （IL--8）,matrix metalloproteinase-2 （MMP-2）,tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-2 （TIMP-2） changes of patients with breast cancer before and after surgical treatment.Methods Serum level of CA153,IL-8 and MMP-2,TIMP-2 of 34 patients with breast cancer （observation group） before and after surgical treatment were measured by radioimmunoassay and ELISA,and 35 normal people as control group were compared.Results Patients in conteol group had significantly higher serum level of CA153,IL-8 and MMP-2,TIMP-2 than people in the control group with statistical difference （P〈0.01）.Three months after surgery,serum level of CA153,IL-8and MMP-2,TIMP-2 in 29 patients without recurrence decreased to normal level or close to normal level,while the serum levels rose to the level before surgery in the five cases of recurrence （P〈0.0l）,and serum CA153 level was significantly correlated with IL-8,MMP-2, and TIMP-2 levels （r=0.5784,0.4926,0.6011,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Detection of breast cancer patients＇ serum level of CA153, IL-8 and MMP-2,TIMP-2 changes before and after surgical treatment can be used as diagnostic and efficacy parame- ters for breast cancer.
