红霉素联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果观察

The effect observation of sequential therapy of erythromycin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的探讨红霉素联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法在小儿支原体肺炎中的临床疗效。方法选取在本院接受治疗的小儿支原体肺炎患儿80例,并将所有患儿随机分成观察组和对照组各40例。观察组采用红霉素联合阿奇霉素进行序贯治疗,对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察两组患儿发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音的消失时间以及平均住院时间。结果观察组的总有效率为95.0%,对照组的总有效率为65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音以及平均住院时间均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中,观察组的不良反应发生率明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红霉素联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎效果显著,安全可行,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of sequential therapy of erythromycin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 80 children with Mycoplasma pneumo- nia admitted into our hospital were evenly divided into observation group and control group in randomly.In the obser- vation group was given the sequential therapy of erythromycin combined with azithromycin,while the control group was only given azithromycin.The disappearance time of fever, cough,and pulmonary rale and average hospital stay were ob- served in both groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than that in the control group（65.0%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the disappear- ance time of fever,cough,and pulmonary rale as well as average hospital stay were all shorter than those in the control group,which displayed statistically differences（P〈0.05）.In the process of treatment,the occurrence of adverse reaction in the observation group was less in comparison with that in the control group with a statistically difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children,the sequential therapy of erythromycin combined with azithromycin is of great effect.It is safe and applicable,which is worthy of extension in clinic.
