超声诊断间质部妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的临床分析

Clinical analysis of ultrasonic diagnosis of intramural pregnancy combined with hysteromyoma

目的 分析超声诊断间质部妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的临床价值,为临床诊断提供参考依据.方法 选择2010年1月～2013年3月本院收治的间质部妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者16例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 本组患者经超声诊断确诊15例,误诊1例,与病理结果的符合率为93.75％.结论 超声诊断对间质部妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的准确性较高,能够快速作出诊断,为临床治疗争取宝贵时间.

Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasonic diagnosis of intramural pregnancy combined with hys- teromyoma for providing reliable reference in clinical diagnosis work. Methods The clinical datas of 16 patients with intramural pregnancy combined with hysteromyoma from January 2010 to March 2013 in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 15 cases by ultrasonography-confirmed and 1 cases by misdiagnosis.The coinci- dence rate was 93.75% with the pathological results. Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis of intramural pregnancy com- bined with hysteromyoma has higher accuracy and is quick,and win the precious time for clinical treatment.
