银翘散加减治疗急性上呼吸道感染的效果观察

Effect observation of addition and reduction of Yinqiao powder treating acute upper respiratory tract infection

目的 探讨银翘散加减治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果.方法 选取本院2010年3月～2012年3月收治的108例急性上呼吸道感染患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各54例.观察组用银翘散加减治疗,对照组用感冒清、酚氨咖敏及吗啉胍治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组总有效率为96.3％,对照组总有效率为83.3％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 银翘散加减治疗急性上呼吸道感染的效果显著,退热效果稳定,不良反应少,值得推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of addition and reduction of Yinqiao powder treating acute up- per respiratory tract infection. Methods 108 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospi- tal from March 2010 to March 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group （n=54） and the control group （n=54）.The observation group was treated by addition and reduction of Yinqiao powder while the control group was treated by Ganmao qing,Paracetamol,aminophenazone and caffeine and Moroxydine.The treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.3% while the total effective rate in the control group was 83.3%,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈 0.05）;the occurrence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of acute upper respiratory tract infection treated by addition and reduction of Yinqiao powder is significant,and it has the stable antipyretic effect with fewer adverse reactions,it is worthy of promotion.
