宫腹腔镜联合治疗不孕症的临床分析

Clinical analysis of hysteroscopic combined with laparoscopic in diagnosing and treating patients with infertility

目的 探讨宫腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症的临床效果.方法 本院2010年1月～2012年1月行宫腹腔镜联合诊治（观察组）不孕症40例,与同期单纯行宫腔镜诊治（对照组）不孕症40例对比,观察两种方法对不孕症的病因检出率及术后妊娠率的影响.结果 观察组病变阳性检出率为87.5％,对照组阳性检出率为62.5％,对所有病变分别给予治疗,随访2年,观察组及对照组术后妊娠率分别为62.5％、50.0％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 宫腹腔镜联合应用诊治不孕症,创伤小,治疗效果好,值得推广.

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of hysteroscope combined with laparoscope in diagnosing and treating patients with infertility. Methods 40 patients with infertility （observation group） were diagnosed and treat- ed by hysteroscopic combined with laparoscopic in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012,compared with 40 cases with infertility were diagnosed and treated by hysteroscopic over the same period,the two methods on the causes of infertility detection rate and the effect of postoperative pregnancy rate were observed. Results The lesions in the positive detection rate in observation group was 87.5%,the lesions in the positive detection rate in the control group was 62.5%,for all the lesions were given treatment and followed up for 2 years,the postoperative pregnancy rate in ob- servation group and control group was 62.5%, 50.0% respectively,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The advantage for combined hysteroscope with laparoscope are less trauma,better treatment effect,and is worth promoting.
