Treatment and care of 76 cases of H.pylori(Hp)positive patients with peptic ulcer

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡患者的治疗和护理效果。方法对76例幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡患者跟踪观察和护理指导,分析临床疗效。结果 76例患者中,痊愈46例,显效15例,有效9例,无效6例;阴性70例。发生不良反应8例,治疗有效率为92.1%,幽门螺杆菌根除率为92.1%。结论消化性溃疡应早发现、早治疗、规范用药,提高患者服药依从性高,以提高根除率和治愈率。

Objective To observe the treatment and care of Hp-positive patients with peptic ulcer. Methods 76 cases of Hp-positive patients with peptic ulcer were observed with follow up and given care guidance.And the treatment ef- ficacy was analyzed. Results Among the 76 cases, 46 cases were cured and treatment was markedly effective in 15 cases, moderately effective in 9 cases, ineffective in 6 cases and Hp negative in 70 cases. Adverse reactions occmTed in 8 cases.Treatment efficiency was 92.1% and eradication rate was 92.1%. Conclusion Early detection, early treatment, standard medication and high patient compliance can improve eradication and cure rates among patients with peptic ulcer.
