异体脱细胞真皮修复瘢痕畸形的疗效观察

Observation on the clinical effect of the acellular allogenic dermis in the plasticity of scar deformity

目的 观察异体脱细胞真皮修复瘢痕畸形的临床疗效.方法 对本院收治的35例烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形患者,采用脱细胞异体真皮与自体刃厚皮片进行联合移植,后随访6～12个月.结果 患者移植成功率为100％,全部患者获得随访,供皮区7～11 d愈合,复合移植皮片外观与邻近正常皮肤相似,功能障碍改善明显.结论 异体脱细胞真皮修复瘢痕畸形疗效确切,是瘢痕畸形修复中比较理想的材料,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the acellular allogenic dermis in the plasticity of scar deformity. Methods 35 cases of patients with postburn scar deformity were selected.They were treated with acellular allogenic dermis and splitthickness autologous skin graft. Results Transplantation success rate of all the patients was 100% and all the patients were followed up successfully.Healing time of the skin supply area was 7-11 d. Results show that the skin area was clean,smooth, flexible and had no pigmentation and skin contraction, the colour and luster were similar to the circumambient skin,the function changed obviously. Conclusion Aeellular allogenic dermis had exact curative effect in the plasticity of postbum scar deformity. It is a good material for plasticity of scar deformity and worthy of clinical application.
