如何任命IT项目经理——基于人与环境匹配理论的分析

摘要 随着时代与科学技术的发展,即时通讯,网站,客户端软件等IT产品迅速普及,对于这些产品的易用性,稳定性等质量要求大幅提高。为了实现这个目标,任命一个合适的IT项目经理起到关键性作用。然而,每个IT项目的环境都是不同的,在这种情况下,如何任命一个合适的项目经理呢?个人与环境匹配理论(P-EFil)很好的解决了上述问题,它指出只有当个人特征与所处环境匹配程度较高时,才有可能获得满意的结果。
