提速道岔转换故障分析及处理方式探讨 被引量:2

摘要 文章针对提速道岔维护中存在的道岔转换故障问题,从理论上分析了提速道岔转换故障的危害。外锁闭装置的安装,道岔密贴调整不良,表示杆与机体摩卡,道床捣固不良、尖轨弯曲变形及上翘等是导致提速道岔转换故障产生的主要因素。从提速道岔外锁闭装置的设计、道岔密贴调整、转辙机设计、设备安装、维护等多个角度分析了提速道岔转换故障产生的原因;提出抓好对道床不良处所的全面捣固、消除锁闭框与锁闭杆摩卡、满足道岔开程和密贴要求、小机捣解决曲线尖轨上翘等故障处理的方法,同时在提速道岔设计上提出了改善锁钩、锁闭框内空尺寸及转辙机外表示杆与机内表示杆连接螺栓的防松方式等2点建议。 For turnout switching failure in the speed-up turnout maintenance, Hazards of speed-up turnout switching failure are analyzed theoretically. The main factors that lead to speed-up turnout switching failure include installation of external locking device, bad turnout closure adjustment, friction between indication rod and machine body, poor tamping of track bed, and bending deformation and upward of point rail, etc. The reasons leading to turnout switching failure are analyzed from design of external locking device, turnout closure adjustment, design of switch machine, installation and maintenance of equipment. Such failure treatment methods as overall tamping of poor track bed, elimination of friction between locking frame and locking rod and satisfaction of turnout closure requirements are put forward. At the same time, two suggestions to improve the inner-space size of locking hook and locking frame and locking way of connecting bolt between external indication' rod and internal indication rod of switch machine are given.
