摘要
采用双线性随动强化模型,分段线性近似描述轨距挡板材质的应力-应变关系,对新设计的WT-1型扣件的轨距挡板进行受力分析,并开展了室内扣件组装疲劳试验和室外上道试验。结果表明:轨距挡板螺栓孔壁越厚,该处抗压能力越强;轨距挡板最大应力出现在沿线路方向的螺栓孔处。室内和室外试验表明轨距挡板轨距保持能力强,使用状态良好。
In order to study on the structural strength of gauge arpon plate in the newly designed WT-1 fastening clip, the stress-strain relations of the material is described in a piecewise linearization manner by Bilinear Kinematic Hardening Model and the repeated loading testing and in-service testing are performed. The results show that the maximum stress e- merge in the bolt hole along the track direction and gauge arpon plate has a stronger compression ability when its bolt hole wall become thicker. The newly designed WT-1 fastening clip has a strong ability of keeping gauge in right state.
