摘要
分析了拟建场地存在的主要地质问题,并根据影响建筑场地稳态及建筑难易程度的主要因素,利用层次分析法,建立了递阶层次评价模型,同时采用专家评分方式对评价指标主观赋值,通过统计计算,将场地可利用度分为五级。研究结果表明,层次分析法在土地资源利用领域内具有较好的推广利用价值。
Analyzes the main geological existing proposed construction sites, according to the major factors about influence of the steady-state and architecture degree of difficulty, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), establish pass class, and adopt expert grading for evaluation index with subjective assignment by assigning the field statistical computing, finally, availability is divided into 5 levels. The results of the study show that using Analytic Hierarchy Process in the field of land resources has relatively value in use.
