摘要
采用子房培养方法 ,获得了油菜OguCMS与诸葛菜属间杂种 .授粉 7~ 2 7d的子房在附加不同激素组合的MS培养基上培养 .两个多月后 ,从一种培养基上裂开的成熟子房中长出胚性芽 .此芽在附加 6 BA 2mg/L和NAA 0 .2mg/L的MS培养基上快繁 .经鉴定 ,此苗的染色体数为 2n =3 1 ,该属间杂种获得率为 0 .0 0 72 % .杂种苗经生根培养后 ,移入试验田 ,进行了形态学观察 .
The intergeneric hybrid of B.napus (OguCMS) and Orychophragmus violaceus were successfully obtained by using ovary culture. Ovaries pollinated after 7~27 days were cultured on MS medium supplemented with different combinations of hormones. After more than two months, the embryonic shoot grew out of a ripe and splitting ovary on one kind of MS media. The hybrid population was enlarged after axilary shoots propagation on the MS medium supplemented with 6 BA 2mg/L and NAA 0.2mg/L. The F 1 chromosome number of hybrid F 1 plant was 2n=31, which was the sum of haploid chromosome numbers of both parents. The seed setting rate was 0.0072% .What had been obtained by Z.Y.Li etc were mixoploids.After growing roots in the rooting medium(1/2 MS),the hybrid plants were transplanted into the field.The morphological characters were observed.
