摘要
基本体操是一般发展身体能力的体操 ,它的目的是锻炼身体 ,增进健康 ,培养正确的身体姿势 ,发展身体素质 ,提高机体的工作能力 ,促进身体的全面发展。通过对北京体育师范学院体育系 99级 2 2 4名学生的调查和分析 ,就基本体操教学中如何进行基本姿态的训练进行了探讨 ,为以后的基本体操教学提供了参考依据。
General gymnastics is a kind of gymnastics to develop general physical abilities It aims to promote smess,cultivate proper body posture,built up physique,improve sports ability and general physical development this artilce discussed how to conduct the training of basic posture in generl gymnastics teaching through the investigation and analysis into 224 students from physical education department of Beijing Teachers College of PE, and provided some referenced basis for future general gymnastics teaching.
