摘要 用化学 Jagi法和邻苯三酚法观察了三种不同强度运动前后血浆脂质过氧化物分解产物丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的改变,以探讨运动强度与氧自由基(OFR)的代谢水平,对其研究具有重要理论价值。并对多因素综合评价运动员身体机能状态变化、运动强度、运动训练适应水平以及运动性疲劳发生提供有益的资料。 MDA and SOD in blood plasma were investigated by different chemical methods before and after three exercise intensities. It is important to know the relationship between exercise intensity and the metabolism level of oxygen free radicals. These work supply a useful material for analysing the change of athletic function using muti-factor methods, the exercise intensity, the level of training adapation as well as arising of exercise fa- tigue etc.
